What is an Adventist?

This is a question that can be answered in so many different ways....But I'll just tell you what is the heart of it for me:

Being an Adventist means to live every day as if it was your last. Being an Adventist means living with the knowledge that this old world won't last much longer. But this does NOT mean living in fear. Instead it means living a wonderful, fulfilling, joyous life full of purpose and hope. Because being an Adventist means looking forward to the soon coming (or advent) of our loving, awesome God, Jesus Christ.
